Jeanne M. Davidsen, PhD joined Verto Solutions in 2013 as a staff scientist. In her role, Dr. Davidsen works with Verto’s clients to ensure flavor and food ingredient safety.
Dr. Davidsen earned her B.A. in Chemistry from Notre Dame of Maryland University and M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Washington. She began her career in the flavor industry as a research analytical chemist, working on method development, laboratory audit, and flavor and natural products analysis projects. Following this time in industry, she returned to academia to earn a PhD in Chemistry from Johns Hopkins University where she studied the biosynthesis of natural products.
